Requirements:

• UK or EU driving license.

• Vehicle required (insured and reliable), suitable for deliveries (van strongly preferred).

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

• Previous experience with deliveries in Central London, preferably in a similar role/industry (e.g., food & beverage, premium retail, and/or fragile goods).

• Ability to lift, carry, and handle heavy and delicate items with care

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Team player attitude with the ability to work independently.

• Experience working in a warehouse environment is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading products from warehouse/vehicle, ensuring safe handling of products.

• Ensuring: (i) deliveries are on time, (ii) product quality is maintained, and (iii) the operational team is kept up-to-date on issues/delays.

• Providing excellent customer service and interacting with clients in a friendly, professional manner upon delivery.
